LA FORESTELLA
La Forestella is a large stone villa recently restored to a high standard for year round comfort. Every bedroom has its own luxury bathroom, and custom beds with linen sheets are used in all rooms. The picturesque villa is set on 17 acres of rolling meadows and woods, situated 16 Km or 10 miles from the historic hill town of Orvieto, in the green heart of Umbria.
The villa has a large 18 meter or 60 ft x 20 ft swimming pool, set amongst olive terraces, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Grass and stone terraces frame the pool and a wide pergola by its side offers shade.

The Villa, which sleeps up to 12 people is available for rental year round. It offers 6 bedrooms of which 4 are air conditioned, with 6 full bathrooms, and includes daily maid service of 3 hours, 6 days a week. Additional maid service is available at 10 euros per hour. Cooks can also be provided at an additional cost. Wine tastings, restaurant bookings, and help with travel itineraries can be arranged for guests. The attached Casetta, which sleeps an additional 4 people, is occasionally available, per request, in conjunction with the Main House at an extra cost.
