| The Main House of the villa is connected to the attached Casetta by a stone staircase, and is accessed by a wide courtyard on its north side. The southern front of the house is graced by an arched wisteria pergola, accessing a lawn sided by laurels and mature olive trees, converging on a vista of cypresses, and centenary oak trees. |

| The downstairs is comprised of an entry patio, leading to the entrance hall, with at its right a sun-filled library with antique fireplace, overlooking the arrival drive. A stone central staircase leads from the hall to the two upper floors. The guest bathroom is accessed from the entrance hall, as is the laundry room with a heavy-duty washer and a dryer. From the hall, wide oak doors lead to the living room, decorated with family antiques and a magnificent stone fireplace. The room measures 20' by 45' and is awash in the light through southern windows and a central French door leading to the front lawn. Directly adjacent to the living room is the dining room and the all stainless designer kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, and gourmet gas stove with oversized oven and extractor fan; a Whirlpool electric wall oven completes the equipment. |

The 6 double bedrooms are located: two on the second floor (master bedroom, second bedroom each with Duravit bathrooms) and four rooms on the third, two in the front mansard each with Duravit shower baths, and two in the back, each with Duravit fixtures and Philip Stark bathtubs.
